All memberships are month-to-month and automatically renew on a recurring basis until a 30-day written notice of cancellation is provided. Memberships, packages, and individual classes are non-transferable, not interchangeable, and non-refundable. If you’d like to cancel or pause your membership, please stop into your home studio to fill out a cancellation or membership freeze form. We cannot begin the cancellation or pause process until we receive this form. Memberships can be paused for $15/month for a maximum of 3 months at a time. Memberships must reactivate for a minimum of 30 days prior to being cancelled following a suspension or freeze. A downgrade to any membership must be requested 30 days in advance of the billing date. Upgrades require 48 hours notice prior to the billing date.

As a courtesy to others who may be trying to register, we kindly ask that you cancel your class reservation through your online account at least 3 hours prior to the class start time. Failure to cancel within this time frame or missing a class without notice will result in a $10 late cancel/no-show fee.

Entry to the studio is permitted only through the front door closest to Cemetery Road. For your safety and the security of your belongings, studio doors are locked at the scheduled class start time. If you arrive after the door is locked, please respect the experience of those already in class. Staff in lobby will determine if entry is possible without disruption.

Children are not permitted under the age of 12. Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

This is a time for relaxation, reflection, and little distraction. All phones must be silenced during active class times. In the event of an emergency, calls may be addressed outside of the studio space.
