The Rooted Path 200HR Yoga Teacher Training at Absolute Yoga in Hilliard, Ohio blends ancient wisdom with modern methods to awaken your inner teacher and elevate your personal practice. This Yoga Alliance–certified program is designed as a living journey of transformation - whether your goal is to become a certified yoga teacher or simply go deeper into your personal practice.

Through a four-month hybrid format, trainees experience both the depth and freedom of flexible learning. The program combines in-person weekends of connection and embodied learning with spacious self-study and reflection between gatherings, providing a balanced rhythm that supports your lifestyle.

You’ll immerse yourself in community, cultivate your voice, and learn to integrate yoga teachings into everyday life in ways that feel personal, inspired, and lasting.
